Paneer is an Indian style cooking cheese made from pasteurised cows milk, similar to pressed Ricotta except for a drier curd and no added salt. The cheese is most common in South Asian cuisine, lightly coated in a mild marinade such as Tikka spice and Chilli Ginger and Lime to give exceptional authentic flavours and fragrances.
