ORGANIC MEMBRILLO (Quince paste)
Quince paste is paired magnificently with Manchego and Zamorano cheese. At high temperatures, it browns and caramelizes and therefore can be used for confections, stuffing pastries and baking.
This organic membrillo comes from Pizarra and is made with cane sugar which grows in the nearby picturesque village of Frigiliana (Axarquía region).
