Keens Mature Unpasteurised Cheddar, made by the Keens Family at Moorhayes Farm, Somerset since 1899.
A Traditional, Raw Milk, Handmade Artisan Cheddar,
Matured for a minimum of 12 months.
Our current batch was handmade in November 2020.
We handcut to order from 26kg Traditional Cheeses
