Revisán is located in Guijuelo, south east of Salamanca, in Northern Castile, and is surrounded by the range mountain of Béjar, Francia and Gredos.

Revisán, is a company which incorporates both farming and production, and is a family business founded in 1925. Today the 3rd and 4th generation family members are at the forefront of the company, retaining the same passion and excellence of its products. Their pigs roam freely in their own meadows 8 km from Ciudad Rodrigo and hams and charcuterie are cured in natural cellars in Guijuelo.

Tasting Notes: It shows a range of pink-purple colours. Marbling. Melt in the mouth. Intense, longtaste, delicate and soft.

Once opened, keep refrigerated and wrapped in cling film to make sure that the shoulder doesn´t dry out.

Serving suggestions: Open the packaging 30 minutes before consumption, Serve at room temperature.
