Queso manchego con trufa, Intense Spanish summer truffle aroma. Balanced and exquisite flavour. Incredibly moreish. Curing time: 2-6 months.
Gómez Moreno uses Manchega Sheep’s Milk from their own free-range flock on the Castilian Plateau, and only feed them on locally grown cereals.
