Bienastur is a family business founded in 1954 in Oviedo (Asturias), northwest of Spain. This company offers a selection of traditional asturian sausages, made with natural ingredients sourced locally. All their products retain the traditional flavours of asturian fresh cooking meats.
Asturian meat stew pack, Compango, is great to make earthy stews such as fabada...or to bring spark to any stew (Greens, Cabbage, Chickpeas, Lentils…), you only have to use one pack.
Tip: boil the morcilla separately or add it to the stew in the last minute.
