A traditional British territorial cheese, each raw milk coloured Cheshire takes a day to produce, Annatto is added to give it a warm sunrise colour before being clothbound and then left a minimum of twelve weeks to mature, Appelby's own herd of cows give this award winning cheese a flavour that is totally unique.
